My career began with a passion for storytelling and a deep connection to the rich culture of San Antonio, which led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of the Incarnate Word. I started at the Alameda National Center for Latino Arts and Culture, where I managed graphic and web design projects, coordinated branding efforts, and brought stories to life through impactful visuals. This experience deepened my love for design, creativity, and community-focused work. While teaching design, video production, and web development at a high school magnet program, I earned my Master’s in Communications, where I had the rewarding opportunity to inspire and mentor young creatives.

Throughout my career, I’ve embraced diverse roles—graphic designer, marketing director, web developer, event manager, public relations specialist, social media strategist, and educator—blending technical expertise with creativity to deliver meaningful results. I’ve crafted marketing strategies, designed user-friendly websites, managed social media campaigns, and executed memorable events, all while driving strategic public relations initiatives to elevate brand visibility. These experiences have allowed me to connect brands with their audiences in innovative ways, blending storytelling, collaboration, and creative solutions.

I thrive on crafting experiences that resonate, whether it’s building a brand’s presence, designing captivating campaigns, managing brand identities, developing websites that engage and inspire, or planning events that bring people together. My experience spans graphic design, brand management, web development, event planning, public relations, and social media management, ensuring that each project I work on aligns with a cohesive and compelling vision. I’ve had the privilege of designing branding and digital strategies that celebrate community and creativity, while also inspiring the next generation of designers as an educator. In my time as a teacher, I motivated students to explore design, web development, and video production, all while fostering a love for innovation.

Every opportunity has reinforced my passion for using innovative strategies and thoughtful storytelling to drive meaningful engagement. Each step of my journey has strengthened my belief in the power of great storytelling, meaningful connections, and the transformative role of education and creativity. Mom Life Magic: Being a mom to three incredible girls is a wild, rewarding ride! It’s a mix of exhaustion and joy, from the little moments that make my heart swell to the chaotic, laughter-filled days. Every challenge is worth it, and they’re the greatest adventure I’ve ever signed up for!

Word Lover: Writing is my personal escape, whether I’m journaling my thoughts or crafting stories. I’ve always had a passion for storytelling and used to write screenplays, dreaming of the day they’d be brought to life on screen. Writing allows me to organize my creativity and reflect on the world around me in a way that feels both freeing and inspiring.

Rhythm in My Soul: Music is my heartbeat, and dancing is my way of feeling alive! From the first beat to the last note, I’m all in. Whether it’s a lively tune or a smooth rhythm, I can’t resist moving to the music. It’s my favorite way to express joy, celebrate life, and let the rhythm take over!

Starry-Eyed Explorer: I’m fascinated by the cosmos—there’s just something magical about gazing at the stars and pondering the mysteries of the universe. I love to take out my telescope and get a closer look at the moon, stars, nebulas, galaxies, and planets. Astronomy is my way of staying grounded, while my imagination soars through galaxies and beyond.
